Meet Dave...

   I was born and raised in North Texas and moved to Georgia on December 1st, 2020.  As a nation, we were emerging from a storm...the pandemic. The world was upside down and inside out, but I could sense a bit of magic in the air out here and I was happy to call "The Peach State" my home.  My family and I love Georgia. The people are kind and authentic and the land is beautiful. The Braves won a World Series and the Dawgs have won back-to-back National Championships! What a great time to be living in Georgia! I have 25+ years experience in the construction industry.  Actually, my life has been connected to the construction industry since the day I was born.  My Dad was a house contractor, so I spent many days with him, asking questions, while playing "Star Wars and Indiana Jones" on the jobsites. I spent years of my adolescence working at a "mom and pop tool and fastener shop", and for the last decade I have been an operations manager for a major commercial and industrial construction supplier. I enjoyed my job, and I loved my co-workers, but my life called for a change. I wanted to do something that would benefit the people of my community on an individual level. One day as I pulled into my driveway, I thought to myself, "It feels good to be home, this house treats me right." There it was! That's my purpose. I'm going to help the people of my community get into quality homes. Nobody deserves to come home to headaches generated from living in a house that constantly beats them down and calls for repairs. I want everyone to be able to say, "It feels good to be home, this house treats me right."
